6lb Half Gallon Raw Local Honey

I have been driving to Coeur d’Alene from Spokane to buy this same (Chase) honey in the one gallon containers from a small local retailer, and I can say that this product is as good as it gets. In addition to trusting the seller, and as far as I can tell without lab work, this honey is not cut with anything like water or corn syrup unlike the processed honey you can get at the bulk stores. My wife uses this as a sugar substitute when baking bread, and boy is it delicious! My only complaint is that honey is not sold on a futures market, because I think this edible gold will become scarcer with time. I recommend buying strait from Chase because the retail markup is about 20%.
